PLAIN STEW.
There's nothing extra about this stew just the basic stew ingredients I only took this to another level by adding ground crayfish and extra pepper to feel that Nigerianess. Check out the pepper mix ratio I had this with boiled egg, rice and beans it was yum yum .
Ingredients:
Bleached palm oil
Tomato paste
Pepper mix ( Rodo—4pieces, Tatashe 4pieces, Tomato 8pieces) all blended with a medium sized onion, 2cloves garlic and ginger.
Seasoning
Ground Crayfish
Salt
Water
Cameroon pepper

Procedures:
Step 1: heat up some palm oil in a pot till it's perfectly bleached.
Step 2: add the tomato paste and fry till it's releases all it's nutrient.
Step 3: add in the pepper mix and give it a good stir.
Step 4: add seasoning, salt, crayfish and Cameroon pepper and stir it all in.
Step 5: add in some water to loosen up the stew.
Step 6: stir, cover and bring to a boil.
Step 7: let the stew simmer
Step 8: Plain Stew is ready. Enjoy!

Remember the idea is to make it plain so you can take this to another level by adding assorted meat, fish etc.
