TIPS TO A SUCCESSFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Image
Going on shopping can be very tiring and stressful if you go unprepared and also if you're a disorganized type of person it could result or "end in tears" as we often say. Shopping is meant to a pleasant experience — free from stress and what have you. This is one of my unconventional articles but I'm sure you're gonna enjoy it. I remember as a child I always look forward to following my mum to the market also because I schooled in a boarding school, it was always required of me and my sisters to make a list of things we needed for every session a list that was always requested by my parents. This idea kind of made me realize everything needed strategic planning. For every successful shopping begins from planning strategically. So my tips to a successful shopping experience goes thus; Tip 1. Create a shopping list :  This tip can't be overemphasized this is very important. You wouldn't want to go into a mall or the local market not knowing exactly what you

Then this recipe I'm about sharing is an incredible way to treat anyone to a bit of everything and make them ask questions upon dinning. When you cook something extraordinare you stimulate conversation believe me that's where the conversation starts.   Also, with new trends where no body wants to spend eternity in the kitchen and most people opt for super fast meals that can be put together in a matter of seconds\minutes - this is an experience worth trying out because everyone who had a taste had a question or two to ask. Many as well requested for the recipe which is what I'm about to share with y'all.  This was another recipe that featured on our get together menu. If you are the type who don't have enough animal protein in store, then, it's an option you've got by still making use of the little you have. Also a creative way to enjoy exquisite meals. GINGER-LIME TEA

Image
It's a nice time of the year to go natural and take all these goodness into the body just to boost the immune system and indirectly detoxify. This is one of the five home remedies I'm going to be sharing with you. Ginger-Lime tea is an amazing tea you'll definitely want to try out during this harmattan. However, two things make this tea stand out; the residual heat of the Ginger ( Zingiber officinale ) and the tangy feel of the Lime ( Citrus aurantifolia ) it is beautiful absolutely.  Now, studies shows that ginger is a herb that can increase the production of saliva and it can help cure colds, fatigue, nausea, and the flu when used in tea or food as the case may be while, lime is rich in vitamin C and ascorbic acid. You absolutely need this during this season the combination is just incredible as it has a mild feel not so pungent but it's equally good for the body. INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings) Ginger Lime Grains of Selim Honey (optional) Water (2cups)
