LIGHT BEEF SAUCE

Looking for a way to treat your loved ones or guests to a bit of everything ? Then this recipe I'm about sharing is an incredible way to treat anyone to a bit of everything and make them ask questions upon dinning. When you cook something extraordinare you stimulate conversation believe me that's where the conversation starts.
Also, with new trends where no body wants to spend eternity in the kitchen and most people opt for super fast meals that can be put together in a matter of seconds\minutes - this is an experience worth trying out because everyone who had a taste had a question or two to ask. Many as well requested for the recipe which is what I'm about to share with y'all.

This was another recipe that featured on our get together menu. If you are the type who don't have enough animal protein in store, then, it's an option you've got by still making use of the little you have. Also a creative way to enjoy exquisite meals. This light sauce was infused with garlic, ginger and onion that added some herby feel and element of sweetness that permeated through respectively.

I started off the cooking action by flavouring the oil by simply adding some grains of selim (also known as  Negro pepper, In other Nigerian languages as - Uda (Igbo), Eeru alamo (Yoruba), Chimba (Hausa), Ata (Ibibio/Efik) to release its irresistible fragance and peppery feel. I finished this sauce by adding some slivers of carrot. Of course, carrot is in season and I had it in store ( because I often time I snack on it) I can't overemphasize that it was great adding this because it made it possible for everyone to have some crunch upon eating. Carrot is rich in carotene which makes it good for the immune system. Please note, that this sauce was slow cooked on a medium to low heat for perfection and equally an amazing dinning experience.

Worried about time and cost?  No wahala! this is a dish that isn't time consuming, quick and cost effective an idea of using your every day ingredient to create such goodness. It works perfectly as a main dish because I paired it with pasta, you can enjoy this amazing sauce with rice or even tuber crops like: yam, potato. Now, you see why you need to try it out. Also, you can go all out and be creative by you making a one-pot dish using the base of this sauce that's definitely a recipe for another day.

Now, let's cook!
