It's a nice time of the year to go natural and take all these goodness into the body just to boost the immune system and indirectly detoxify. This is one of the five home remedies I'm going to be sharing with you. Ginger-Lime tea is an amazing tea you'll definitely want to try out during this harmattan. However, two things make this tea stand out; the residual heat of the Ginger ( Zingiber officinale ) and the tangy feel of the Lime ( Citrus aurantifolia ) it is beautiful absolutely. Now, studies shows that ginger is a herb that can increase the production of saliva and it can help cure colds, fatigue, nausea, and the flu when used in tea or food as the case may be while, lime is rich in vitamin C and ascorbic acid. You absolutely need this during this season the combination is just incredible as it has a mild feel not so pungent but it's equally good for the body.
