PLANTAIN CHIPS.
I love! love!! love!!! this crisp and spicy chips. The interesting part is that, it was flavorful it had the spicy, sweet and savoury taste.
A nice snack to relax with this weekend.
Ingredients:
Unripe plantain
Cayenne pepper
Sugar
Salt
Veg. Oil

PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Peel off the skin of the plantain
Step 2: Cut plantain into thin slices either in circles, horizontal etc.
Step 3: Add Sugar, Salt and Cayenne pepper.
Step 4: Toss in order to coat every chip.
Step 5: On medium heat, heat up some oil in a frying pan.
Step 6: Add in the chip and fry in batches.
Step 7: fry till golden brown and serve!

NOTE: All ingredients should be used based on taste feel free to add as you desire.
Using unripe plantain gives the crisp feeling if it's not unripe it can never be plantain chips.
Cutting into thin slices brings out the desired crunchy taste.
You can go all out in adding, onion powder, paprika even cinnamon it's absolutely your choice.
