Wheat flour pancake | Pancake Recipe !


Eating healthy is the deal this year isn't it?  not  that the body doesn't crave for some indulgence attimes but caution must be applied. Many people have issues taking any product made out of white flour this is an alternative,
you will definitely love it and it's absolutely healthy.

Ingredients (Serves 2):
Wheat flour 1cup
Sugar 1/4cup
Honey (drizzle)
Egg 1
Milk 3/4 + 1/4 cups
Veg. Oil (for frying pancake)
Butter (melted) 1TBSP
Pinch Salt
Flavor (preferably vanilla extract) 1/4tsp



Procedures / Steps:


Step 1: In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and salt combine with an hand whisk.
Step 2: melt butter. In the melted butter, crack open an egg, add milk, sugar, flavor and combine.
TD's Tip: At this point you can actually add in few drops of honey. Because I observed after test running this recipe twice it was a little bit more delicious as compared to just adding sugar.
Step 3: Stir the wet ingredients into the wheat flour and combine thoroughly it should be fluffy and smooth.
TD's Tip:  The batter is expected to be a little running and not to thick.
Step 4: Slightly oil a pan and place on heat, scoop in the wheat flour batter and  fry on both sides.
Step 5: When done plate it add about a knob of butter and let it melt away also generously drizzle some honey on top.
TD's Tip: Maple syrup can also be used if you so wish. It's all about your preference.
