Meet the chefs / speakers for this year's event.
1. Michelin Star Restauranteur and owner of Elystan Street. The renowned Chef Phil Howard will be at the GTBank Food and Drink festival to give insight on Building and Maintaining a World Class Restaurant.
Chef Phil Howard is one of UK’s most celebrated culinary experts, popularly known as the Chef’s chef.
2. Host of Emmy-nominated series, Sandwich King and co-host of 4-time Emmy-nominated show, The Kitchen...Jeff Mauro , The Sandwich King, will be at the Food and Drink Festival to demonstrate Making the Ultimate Sandwich!
3. Best selling author and award winning Photographer and Food stylist, Melina Hammer, is coming to the GTBank Food and Drink festival to give insight on exciting ways to tell your story through food styling.
4. Seattle’s rising star, Award-winning chef and owner of acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Adana, will be live at the GTBank Food and Drink Masterclass to illustrate the Art of Sushi Making.
5. Ghanaian-based African food connoisseur, Food blogger and Founder of culinary company, Telande World, Kinorah Awini, will be at the Food and Drink Festival to demonstrate Creating Evergreen Content for Food.
6. Chris Fynes founder of "We The Food Snobs" , London’s favorite food blogger and Tom Reaney CEO "Burger beartom" , UK’s street Food chef, are coming to the #gtbankfooddrink to take you on a Blogging to Burgers cruise!

7. Seems foodies have not had enough of Raphael Duntoye, Award-winning Chef patron of the global restaurant, La Petite Maison restaurants , is coming to the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to take a Masterclass on Achieving the Ultimate Sophistication Through Simplicity.
8. GTBank food and drink fair will be graced by Chef Thitid the rising star of Thailand’s culinary scene, His restaurant, Le dubkk, is ranked seventh in Thailand Tatler’s Top 10 Best Restaurants. He will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to lead the conversation on Reinventing Traditional Recipes.
9. Matse Uwatse-Nnoli is a prolific food blogger renowned for her innovative African spices and stunning food photography. The premium spice maker will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to illustrate The Secrets to Blending Seasoning to Perfection.
10. Paul Wayne Gregory is a chocolate expert renowned for creating artistic masterpieces with over 20 years experience in the catering industry. He will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival, to share with his audience The Confection of a Chocolate Connoisseur.

Renowned Britain’s chief chocolate expert, Angus Kennedy also the founder of the London Chocolate Forum, and the editor of the acclaimed and long-established Kennedy’s Confection journal will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to share his extensive knowledge on Living the Dream with Chocolate.
12. Pastry lover's are going to be Acing cakes with Food Network star, founder of Charm City Cakes and Kids Baking Championship (Judge) Pastry Chef Duff Goldman will be conducting a Master class at the upcoming GTBank Food and Drink festival. The widely celebrated pastry chef is the star of Food Network’s hit TV Shows, Ace of Cakes and Buddy vs. Duff.

13. Luke Whearty is bar operator, restaurant innovator, drink creator and founder of BYRDI, a bottled cocktail brand sold in major bars and restaurants around the world with over a decade of experience.
He will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to lead a discussion on What Grows Together Goes Togther… A lesson from Mother Nature.
14. Chef Cristian Duhalde is the owner and creative director of La Taverna, an esoteric Latin America and Spanish restaurant, based in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. The restaurant is famous for offering the ‘Best Pizza in Lagos’
He will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to discuss Tasting your way to Latin America.
15. Tregaye Fraser is a renowned chef with a passion for the unconventional. She is the first African American woman to win the popular reality show, Food Network Star, a two-time competitor of TV’s hit series, Cutthroat Kitchen and Host of the TV show, The Kitchen Sink.
She will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Festival to lead the conversation on Afro Recipe Fusion for a New Culinary Experience.
