MANGO-SUYA SALAD.


I duff my fears this week and made something filling, extra tasty and soul lifting using mango and suya. I made a  Mango-Suya salad and as I promised I shared the video



You literally will fall in love with this cause it was infusion all the way! All elements added gave this meal the richness it deserves from sweet to tangy to savoury it was worth it.


INGREDIENTS: (3-4 servings)

For Dressing:
Mayonnaise 1TBSP
Yogurt 50ml
Milk 1/4cup
Black pepper
Salt
Lemon juice 1tsp

Salad:

Mango (3 medium size) diced
Cucumber (1 medium size) ribbon sliced
Suya (Shredded)
Carrot shredded (1 handful)
Cabbage (2 handfuls)


 Now let's cook!

STEPS/PROCEDURES:

Step 1: Prep all ingredients and set aside

TD's Tip: As you clearly know it's less stressful and easy making salad once your ingredients are prepped it's just a matter of you assembling the ingredients.

Step 2: Make the dressing, In bowl add mayonnaise, milk, yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.

Step 3: Combine using a whisk till it's well combined. Set aside to chill

Step 4: In a large bowl place your cabbage, carrot, cucumber, mango and suya.

Step 5: Using two spatulas combine the vegetables.

Step 6: Dish in bowls, drizzle some salad dressing on vegetables and serve.
