Veggie Fried Egg.

Often times we get bored of taking the same dish over and over again but, I decided to make a twist to this fried egg. It's just about being creative. Yes of cause you can add in other vegetables like carrot, celery and what have you but I specially chose these veggies for my Veggie Fried Egg.
It perfectly goes well with your pastries (bread), boiled yam name it. Chai! Indeed FOOD IS LIFE!

Veggie Fried Egg:
3 large eggs
Spring onions
3runner beans
2 Scotch bonnet peppers (chopped)
Half green bell pepper (chopped)
1-2 TBSP corned beef
Half onion (diced)
Salt
1tsp cayenne pepper
2-3 cooking spoons Veg. Oil
Seasoning (optional)
