#NewMondayRecipe : How to make a simple Puff-Puff

Puff-Puff for the win!!!  Who doesn't crave for some nice, round puffy balls?. Puff-Puff is one of  the most common Nigerian snack often served in parties etc.
For this recipe I  didn't use too many ingredients I just kept it simple. Having close to 6 recipes or thereabout, for Puff-Puff I decided to share this with you.
No time for story, meanwhile,  you are  only permitted to pick one.  Lol😂
Ingredients :
All-purpose flour (3cups)
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Yeast  (2TBSP)
Warm water (2 1/2cups)
Milk flavor (1/2TBSP)
Salt (optional)
Melted butter (optional)
Vanilla extract (optional)
Nutmeg (optional)
Note : The first five (5) ingredients were only used in this recipe.
Equipments: a large mixing  bowl with lid, measuring cups and spoons, frying pan, cooker, colander/kitchen pepper.
Procedures:
Step 1: In a  large bowl, combine  the ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, milk flavor, warm water) one after the other.
Step 2:  Now combine the mixture with your hands and till you get a  desired consistency.
Step 3: Cover with lid for about 20minutes for the batter to rise.
Step 4: heat up some  oil in  a frying pan, when it starts to sizzle, begin to puff in the  batter.
Step 5: fry till it's golden brown.
Step 6: place in a kitchen  paper and serve hot.
KEY POINTS:👉
* The consistency  of the  batter mustn't be  too soft or hard.
* If you  over use any of  the ingredients  you might  not get  the desired result.
* Fry till it's golden brown and not dark brown, this way it's more enjoyable.
* Having issues with  puffing and getting that ball shape?  Once you do it persistently you will eventually get it.
* Never abandon the batter or leave to ferment fry once it has risen.
* Can be served  with jam, drink or dusted with sugar.
Enjoy!
