MY BASIC PANCAKE RECIPE

Generally, pancakes are most enjoyed by many in the morning across various parts of the world which indirectly makes it strictly a breakfast or brunch dish. Crepes is related to Pancakes but they vary why? Crepe is a little more thinner variant of pancake usually made by the French and it requires lesser ingredients as compared to pancake. My encounter with pancake dates back to probably primary school. But, I remember junior secondary school there was a spot in school then where pancake was sold during break. There was just something about the texture it was a hot fluffy type of pancake that many students queued up to buy even when I moved to senior secondary, I usually request my sister get some for me during break. It was that good. Getting this basic recipe took a lot of practice in my lab (ie. Kitchen) and commitment on my part, you can't go wrong with this recipe. This deliciousness makes an awesome breakfast. If you're of the belief that nothing goes to waste in your kitchen then this is a recipe for you. Bananas are my go to snack, one of my most favorite fruit. One thing that attracted me is that, Its a hygienic and nutrient packed fruit it can hardly get contaminated only when the peels are off.
