Nigerian Chinchin Recipe.

If you've been following me on social media you would have been seeing chinchin photos. Not just chinchin but one made with love. Chinchin is a light flour-based snack often made during celebrations and eaten for pleasure. This amazing snack dates way back early sixties. As a kid it was a snack my mum made of course with our help because it had to do with a lot of rolling out, cutting and frying it was just a way to get us involved.

After all is done, she pack it inside airtight container and hide it so we won't have access to everything in a day. Honestly, what did African / 'Nigerian' mother's not hide from their kids? all in the name of preservation 😂.
In this recipe I analyzed how to make chinchin using two methods (the rolling pin & machine also known as the chinchin cutter)

Chinchin can be enjoyed with any drink, it can be taken as a light refreshment and  it also makes a perfect snack which can be enjoyed at any time of the day. I love food and you can take that to the bank yay!. I'm just that hyperactive being who is crazzzzy about food.
